Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
  • Powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine butter, a generous amount of powdered sugar, and fragrant vanilla in a spacious bowl. Gently fold in flour, crunchy nuts, and a pinch of salt until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and evenly space them 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet without greasing it.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until just set. Then, transfer from the baking sheet and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
  • Coat warm cookies in powdered sugar, then cool on wire rack. Give them another delightful roll in powdered sugar.
