Decadent baked brie with brown sugar, pecans, and rye whiskey.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon rye whiskey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Score the top and sides of the Brie wheel with shallow 1/4-inch cuts in a decorative pattern. Transfer the Brie to a baking dish.
  • Bake the Brie in the oven until it's gooey and softened, approximately 5 minutes.
  • As the Brie is baking, combine brown sugar, pecans, and whiskey in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over the top of the Brie and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve right away.
