Saffron rice pairs perfectly with spicy Indian curries.
Ingredients:
  • 600.00 gm Basmati rice
  • Pinch of saffron threads
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, combine rice, 4 cups of water, and saffron. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff the rice gently with a fork, then let it rest for 5 minutes under a cover. Finish by serving it with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
