Sage and Garlic Grilled Chicken Breasts

Sage enhances the flavor of garlic and herb-roasted chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat contact grill for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken breast halves thoroughly. Place chicken on waxed paper and evenly brush the mixture onto all sides of the chicken.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the chicken on the lower grill surface, close the lid, and grill for 5 to 7 minutes until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear.
