Create a flavorful and tender pork roast with garlic, sage, and olive oil.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 boneless center-cut pork loin roast (1 1/2 lb)
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine garlic, sage, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Massage garlic mixture onto the pork.
  • Brush the grill rack with oil and grill the pork over medium heat. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 155°F. Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let it stand for 5 minutes until the thermometer reads 160°F.
  • Slice the pork thinly across the grain, and if desired, decorate with more fresh sage leaves.
