Whip up a quick and delicious smoked salmon salad with apple and zucchini in just 10 minutes for a perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 red oak leaf lettuce
  • 150g smoked salmon slices
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, peeled into thin ribbons
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 11.80 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 20.00 ml apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
  • Rinse the lettuce under cold water, gently separate the leaves, and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Assemble the lettuce, salmon, apple, onion, and zucchini on a beautiful serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Drizzle the mixture over the salad and season to taste.
