Colorful and tasty patties made with cheddar cheese and parsley, a crowd-pleasing recipe spreading like wildfire!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.125 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for coating
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together the salmon, onion, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, black pepper, cheese, and parsley until well combined. Form the mixture into four patties and lightly coat them with flour. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before cooking.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the patties on both sides for approximately 10 minutes. Pat dry on paper towels briefly before serving.
