Crispy salmon cakes with onions and breadcrumbs, pan-fried to perfection. A quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, undrained and flaked
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 slice bread, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
  • Combine salmon, onion, bread, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Form mixture into 4 patties of the same size.
  • Warm the oil in a large skillet on high heat.
  • Fry patties in hot oil until beautifully golden on both sides, approximately 8 minutes. Then, briefly drain on a paper towel-lined plate before presenting.
