Delicious salmon loaf made with salmon, crackers, milk, egg, and butter, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, undrained
  • 0.5 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the salmon, crushed crackers, milk, egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the salmon mixture evenly into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Simply bake in the oven until perfectly cooked, about 45 minutes.
