Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pink salmon
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 0.15000000596046 cup canola oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together the salmon, onion, egg, crackers, salt, pepper, and celery in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Shape the salmon mixture into patties and coat with cornmeal for a crispy finish.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon patties on both sides until golden brown. Drain well and serve warm.
