Spicy beer-infused salsa with tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeños for irresistible tacos or fajitas.
Ingredients:
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 10 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle Mexican beer
  • 0.5 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 slice onion
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine tomatoes and jalapeños with beer and enough water to cover them. Simmer over medium heat until soft, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Combine tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, and onion in a blender and pulse until smooth, adding some of the cooking liquid as needed to aid in blending. Season with salt to taste.
