Spicy deviled eggs with creamy salsa filling, topped with fresh cilantro for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Eggland's Best Eggs, hard cooked and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons fresh salsa or chunky salsa, drained, if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks, transferring them into a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the yolks until smooth. Stir in 3 tablespoons of salsa and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
  • Fill each egg white half generously with the delicious egg yolk mixture.
  • Add a generous dollop of salsa on top of each and sprinkle with fresh cilantro for extra flavor.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, can be kept for up to 24 hours.
