Salsa-stuffed avocadoes recipe

Stuffed creamy Hass avocado with fresh salsa and yogurt for a healthy snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large ripe tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped red onion
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 21.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 4.60 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-80.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 Delcado Hass avocado, halved
  • Corn chips, to serve
  • Ground paprika, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the fresh tomato, vibrant red onion, fragrant coriander, tangy lime juice, and flavorful oil. Don't forget to season to taste.
  • Fill each avocado half with a dollop of yogurt. Top with the tomato salsa and corn chips, then sprinkle with paprika before serving.
