Crispy kale chips with a tangy salt and vinegar twist - a healthier version of the classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the kale by separating the leaves from the ribs, ensuring they are thoroughly dried before discarding the ribs.
  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl and whisk together. Add kale "chips" and gently stir until well coated. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Evenly separate the kale leaves and arrange them on the baking sheets, ensuring no pieces are overlapping.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip each chip using tongs and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy. Transfer finished chips to a paper towel and continue baking larger chips in 2-minute intervals until desired crispiness is achieved.
