Elevate your popcorn game with a zesty salt and vinegar twist.
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm sunflower oil
  • 125.00 ml popping corn
  • 20.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1.20 gm salt
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, warm oil. Drop in 2 corn kernels to test readiness (oil is hot when kernels swirl slowly in a circle). Add rest of the corn, cover with a snug lid, and shake frequently as corn pops for 3 to 4 minutes until popping subsides.
  • Combine popcorn, vinegar, and salt in a 3.5-liter airtight container with lid. Shake vigorously to coat evenly. Enjoy!
