Indulgent salted caramel fudge bites await.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 180.00 gm brown sugar
  • 55.60 gm glucose syrup
  • 83.75 gm golden syrup
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 180g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2.40 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 20cm (base) square cake pan by greasing it generously and lining the base and sides with baking paper, leaving a 2cm overhang on all sides for easy removal later.
  • Combine condensed milk, sugar, glucose syrup, golden syrup, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes glossy, about 10 minutes. Avoid boiling.
  • Once the mixture thickens and starts coming away from the side of the pan, stir in the chocolate until fully melted. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, sprinkle with salt, press it in gently with a spoon, then let it sit for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours until firm.
  • Slice into bite-sized 2.5 cm pieces and enjoy!
