Indulgent salted caramel pretzel bark with a perfect sweet and salty balance.
Ingredients:
  • 120g salted mini pretzel shapes
  • 45g peanuts
  • 125g butter, chopped
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C while lining a 25cm x 35cm Swiss roll pan with baking paper. Place pretzels and peanuts on the pan.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter with sugar for 6-8 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Take off the heat and evenly pour over the pretzels. Bake for 15 minutes or until the caramel reaches a golden brown hue. Allow it to cool completely after taking it out of the oven.
  • Transfer the melted chocolate into a small plastic bag, then snip a small hole in the corner. Drizzle the chocolate over the caramel mixture and allow it to cool. Break into shards before serving.
