Elevate Betty Crocker™ brownie mix with salted caramel, baked in a skillet for a warm, indulgent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1/3 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes or coarse sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and generously grease the bottom of an 8-inch cast-iron skillet with shortening. Prepare the brownie batter following the instructions on the box for cakelike brownies, then spread the batter evenly in the skillet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out nearly clean. Allow to cool for 45 minutes.
  • Drizzle the luscious caramel topping over the decadent brownie, sprinkle with a touch of salt, cut into 12 tantalizing wedges, and serve while still warm.
