Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Combine water, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and salt in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in flour until well combined. Allow the batter to rest for 1 hour, then give it another quick stir.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
