Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  • 500g Extra Lean Pork Mince
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 250.00 ml beansprouts, trimmed
  • 12 large lettuce leaves
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 62.50 ml chopped roasted peanuts, optional
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat wok over high heat until sizzling. Add peanut oil and swirl to coat the wok. Toss in garlic, ginger, and pork. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until pork changes color slightly.
  • In a wok, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, shallots, 2 teaspoons of lime juice, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until heated through, then mix in beansprouts.
  • Fill lettuce leaves with savory pork mixture, then top with fresh coriander and peanuts for added crunch, if desired. Enjoy your delicious meal.
