Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 20ml oil
  • 1 jar satay sauce
  • 62.40 gm peanut butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 400.00 gm brown rice or white rice
  • 125.00 ml green beans
Instructions:
  • Cube the chicken.
  • Heat oil in a wok until sizzling. Add chicken and cook until beautifully golden brown.
  • Begin by sautéing the shallots until translucent, then pour in the jar of satay sauce and stir well to combine. Finish by adding the peanut butter and mixing thoroughly.
  • Simmer rice until perfectly cooked, about 12 minutes, following package directions.
  • After the rice is perfectly cooked, quickly blanch half a cup of vibrant green beans and then mix them into the fragrant rice.
  • Serve the satay chicken over a bed of fluffy rice.
