Delicious and easy satay pork melts for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pork sirloin steaks
  • 250g Coles Brand Indonesian peanut satay marinade
  • Spray olive oil
  • 4 Brand English muffins, split, toasted
  • 100g spinach leaves
  • 100g tasty cheddar shredded
  • 150g Brand Entertainer salad mix
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions:
  • Transfer the pork to a glass or ceramic dish, then generously cover it with the marinade. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 20 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil. Sear the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side, adjusting based on thickness, until it is tender. Slice the pork before serving.
  • Preheat grill to high heat. Top muffins with spinach, pork, and cheddar. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salad leaves and cucumber.
