Easy tangy, spicy BBQ chicken with salad dressing. Don't overcook - keep juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Place frozen chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and coat with salad dressing. Seal bag and refrigerate until chicken is thawed, allowing the flavors of the dressing to infuse into the meat.
  • Prepare the grill by brushing it with a thin layer of oil and heating it to high temperature.
  • Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 5 to 7 minutes per side until just cooked. Then coat with barbecue sauce and continue cooking briefly. Ensure chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, being careful not to overcook.
