Savory smoked turkey with quick Bisquick biscuits - a delicious meal ready in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 4 cups cut-up smoked (cooked) turkey
  • 3 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In a 5-quart Dutch oven, bring corn, onion, celery, and soup to a boil while stirring constantly. Mix 3 tablespoons Bisquick with water and stir into the soup. Allow the mixture to boil and stir for 1 minute before removing from heat. Fold in the turkey and transfer everything into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan.
  • Combine 3 1/3 cups of Bisquick and milk, stirring until a soft dough forms. Drop 30 teaspoonfuls of dough onto the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are beautifully golden brown.
