Tangy sauerkraut meets colorful peppers, celery, onion, and a sweet vinaigrette for a zesty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.75 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
