Effortlessly delicious 5-ingredient recipe. Simple prep, oven does the work. Scrumptious and flavorful dish guaranteed to bring joy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large red onions
  • 2 eating apples
  • 4 parsnips
  • 12 chipolatas
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4. Heat a large non-stick ovenproof frying pan over medium-high heat. Peel, quarter, and separate the onions into petals in the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Quarter and core the apples, then add to the pan. Peel the parsnips into strips. Stir in 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar. Arrange the parsnip strips over the apples and onions, then place the sausages on top. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle black pepper. Bake for 30 minutes, then drizzle with honey and bake for another 5 minutes until golden and delicious.
