Sausage and Bell Pepper Kebabs

Family-friendly Italian herb sausage, bell pepper, and potato kebabs for easy and delicious grilling.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 6 (4 ounce) links Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch squares
  • 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, and potatoes. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the potatoes with the herbs.
  • Skewer the potatoes, sausage, peppers, and onions in a colorful and inviting pattern, allowing space between each ingredient.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Arrange kebabs on the grill, using aluminum foil to cover any gaps on the skewers. Grill until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked to your preference, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
