Sautéed bok choy with smoked sausage and onions - a delicious family stir-fry ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (13 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 head bok choy, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions in oil until translucent, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Brown sausage and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add bok choy and cook until wilted, approximately 1 minute.
