Cheesy sausage stuffed jalapeños baked until golden, served with zesty ranch dressing for a spicy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound large fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then drain the excess fat.
  • Combine the sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  • Fill each jalapeño half generously with 1 tablespoon of the flavorful sausage mixture, then neatly place the stuffed halves in baking dishes.
  • Bake in the hot oven until golden and bubbling, around 20 minutes. Enjoy with a side of creamy ranch dressing.
