Crispy pan-fried Jerusalem artichokes are perfect with meat, fish, or in a warm salad.
Ingredients:
  • 600 g Jerusalem artichokes
  • a few bay leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 splash white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions:
  • Peel and cut 600g/1lb 6oz Jerusalem artichokes into chunks. Fry in oiled pan until golden on both sides. Add bay leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until soft. Uncover, crisp up, and serve. Great with meat, fish, antipasti, soups, or warm salads.
