Elevate fresh green beans with a zesty twist using cocktail onions and pantry spices.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
  • garlic salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • dried minced onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar marinated cocktail onions, with liquid
Instructions:
  • 1. Start by heating oil in a wok over high heat. Add beans and reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, and minced onion. When beans are almost tender, stir in cocktail onions with their liquid and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
