Garlic and pepper seasoned shrimp and spinach sauté, a quick and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1.5 teaspoons granulated garlic powder
  • 20 frozen shrimp, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, add spinach, sprinkle with garlic powder, and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a separate large bowl, add the shrimp, sprinkle with black pepper, and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle shrimp in olive oil until vibrant pink and fully opaque, approximately 5 minutes. Toss in spinach and stir until just wilted, about 1 minute.
