Delicious sauteed kale with apples and onions - a vibrant and effortless side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups chopped kale leaves
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil until tender, for about 4 minutes. Add apples, vinegar, salt, and pepper; cover and cook until apples are tender, approximately 3 minutes. Stir in kale, cover, and cook until kale is tender, for 4 to 5 minutes.
