Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced, or more to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon milk, or more to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a frying pan over gentle heat. Melt butter until bubbling. Add mushrooms and green onions, ensuring they're coated in butter. Sauté until mushrooms are golden and soft, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Mix eggs and milk in a bowl while cooking mushrooms.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the mushrooms, ensuring they are well combined. Season with salt to taste. Continue stirring until the eggs are fluffy and scrambled, which should take about 5 minutes.
