Succulent bay scallops and canned mushrooms cooked with aromatic cumin, onion, and garlic in one delightful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 9 ounces bay scallops
Instructions:
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt the butter until sizzling. Add the mushrooms, cumin, and pepper, and saute until mushrooms are golden brown for about 5 minutes.
  • Saute onion and garlic until translucent for about 5 minutes. Then, add scallops and cook until opaque for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
