  • 7 fluid ounces heavy cream, chilled
  • 5 ounces blue cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 5 seedless red grapes, halved
Instructions:
  • First, whip the cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Season the whipped cream with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve 1 ounce of the blue cheese and crumble the rest with a fork in a separate bowl. Add basil, oregano, and thyme to the crumbled cheese, then gently fold in the seasoned whipped cream.
  • Assemble your elegant walnut and blue cheese dessert by placing a 3-inch metal ring or biscuit cutter on a serving plate. Fill it with walnuts, pour in the whipped cream mixture, and gently level the surface. Delicately lift off the ring and artfully garnish with the remaining blue cheese and grapes.
