Bisquick® Mediterranean herb and veggie pizza with a flavorful cheese crust.
Ingredients:
  • 10 sun-dried tomato halves, (not packed in oil)
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 package (8 ounces) feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, from 7-ounce jar, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x9x2 inch square pan. Soak dried tomatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and finely chop.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, tomatoes, half of the cheese, and the milk in a medium bowl until a dough forms. In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining cheese, bell peppers, oregano, basil, garlic, and oil. Spoon half of the dough by tablespoonfuls closely together in an irregular pattern in a pan. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the dough. Add the remaining dough on top, then finish by spreading the rest of the cheese mixture over the dough.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Serve warm.
