Refreshing cabbage and pear salad with pecans, tossed in a zesty honey dressing. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 red oak leaf lettuce, trimmed
  • 1/2 mini savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Packham pear, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 62.50 ml roughly chopped pecans
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 14.40 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Tear lettuce leaves and place in serving dish. Add cabbage, onion, pear, celery, and pecans. Combine oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a jug.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to combine. Serve promptly.
