Indulgent Cheddar potato gratin with layers of cheesy goodness, featuring creamy Cheddar cheese soup. Serves four.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a large casserole dish.
  • Mix together the Cheddar cheese soup, onions, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Slice the potato into 1/4 inch slices. Create alternating layers of potatoes and soup in the casserole dish until all ingredients are used. Top with Cheddar cheese before baking.
  • Bake for around 45 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the potatoes are fully cooked.
