Cheesy baked sliced potatoes with creamy mushroom soup, garlic, and Cheddar cheese - a crowd-pleasing comfort dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2.5 cups low-fat milk
  • 10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) to ensure your dish bakes perfectly.
  • Combine mushroom soup, celery soup, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and milk in a medium bowl, whisk until smooth.
  • In a large roasting pan, create layers of potatoes and soup mix, finishing with the soup mix on top. Season generously with salt and pepper, then sprinkle a layer of cheese to cover the top.
  • Roast in a hot oven for 60 to 80 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before enjoying.
