Indulgent Nutella crepes capture the Parisian experience with layers of delicate crepes drizzled in rich chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1.5 teaspoons butter, or as needed
  • 2.5 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined. Slowly add water until batter is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet until melted over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the skillet, covering the bottom. Cook until edges start to brown, about 3 to 8 minutes. Flip and cook until lightly browned, for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread chocolate-hazelnut spread on the crepe in the skillet, then roll it up and serve on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the batter and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
