Indulge in a decadent seafood linguine with a creamy Parmesan sauce featuring crab and shrimp over pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (9 ounce) packages fresh linguine pasta
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 0.5 pound cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook linguine until al dente, about 3 minutes.
  • Simultaneously, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant, which should only take about 1 minute. Thicken the dish by stirring in cream for about 5 minutes. Incorporate crabmeat, shrimp, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Lower the heat and cook until heated through, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Place the cooked linguine elegantly on a serving platter, then generously drizzle the seafood sauce over it and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a finishing touch.
