Spice up these potatoes with chili, onion, and garlic powders, plus a pinch of salt and pepper for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 6 red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Combine onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and garlic salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to evenly coat.
  • Roast until potatoes are tender, about 30-35 minutes, then season generously with salt and black pepper.
