Oven-baked seasoned potato wedges, a healthier twist on classic fries!
Ingredients:
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • Cut each potato into 12 wedges and place them in a spacious bowl. Mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
