Spice up grilled potatoes with Cajun seasoning, served with BBQ sauce and sour cream.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium white potatoes
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Cut each potato into 8 wedges and pat them dry with paper towels. Evenly spray potato wedges with cooking spray and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Transfer to a grill basket for cooking.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat and place the grill basket on the grill. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potato wedges are tender.
  • Combine sour cream and barbecue sauce in a small bowl and serve alongside potato wedges.
