Bake Swai fish in white wine sauce for a flavorful and quick weeknight dinner, perfect with rice pilaf and green beans.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets swai fish
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 0.25 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a shallow pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Lay the fish fillets in the pan.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Stir in white wine, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Drizzle the sauce lovingly over the fish fillets and generously dust with paprika.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, for 10 to 12 minutes.
