Whip up a tasty dinner in no time with this flavorful Greek seasoned garlic swai fillet recipe, ideal for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (4 ounce) fillet swai fish
  • 1 pinch Greek seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Stir garlic in the skillet until lightly browned and fragrant, about 1 minute. Push garlic to one side of the skillet.
  • Lay swai fish in the skillet and generously season with Greek seasoning. Spread minced garlic on top of the fish. Sear until edges turn white and the bottom is golden, approximately 5 minutes. Gently flip and continue cooking until fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork, around 5 more minutes.
