Cheesy garlic knots, a simple and delicious side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Allow the pizza dough to rest on the counter until it reaches room temperature, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a cookie sheet.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Orient the shorter side of the rectangle towards you and use a pizza cutter or knife to slice twelve 1 1/2 inch wide strips parallel to you. Next, cut down the center of the strips to halve them.
  • Twist each strip into a loose knot and arrange them on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • In a small pan over low heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes, ensuring not to burn it. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Brush the mixture over all garlic knots.
  • Bake until knots are golden brown (about 15 minutes), then brush with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving warm.
