Easy two-ingredient garlic knots, elevating your pasta night.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes, adding more flour if sticky.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix together warm, melted butter with fragrant garlic, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces, each around 2 ounces. Roll each piece into a 12-inch log. Shape the logs into knots by forming a cross, wrapping the top piece around the bottom piece, and connecting the ends firmly to seal.
  • Transfer the knots onto the baking sheet and generously coat with aromatic garlic-infused butter.
  • Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes. Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle more parsley, and serve warm.
