Simple two ingredient dough makes delicious homemade bagels perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine flour and Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes. Add more flour if needed to prevent stickiness.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, each around 4 ounces. Roll each piece into a round ball. Create a hole in the center of each ball using your thumbs, then carefully shape the dough into a uniform ring.
  • Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Create an egg wash by whisking the egg in a small bowl, then brush a light coating on top of the dough and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden, continue baking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
